No Diva, it is not rediculous. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and we are all human and want to make that opinion known. People feel very strongly on both sides of this issue, so therefore as in Religion and Politics you are going to get very "heated" discussions on it. I thank you for disussing this issue HERE, instead of the lobby of Emerald Isle. I would like to add one foot note.. If this is just a game, and no one cared about winning, and everyone was a good sport win or lose..we wouldnt have this disucssion about going alone on 8 and 9. It would be"" just a game"" and no one would care? LOL It has to be "just a game", always. Not just when its convienent to be. It is OK to express your displeasure at someone going alone on 8 or 9, if you do not see the logic, in any of the posts above. As long as you do it with respect, and you do not cause a ruckus, that you don't make the other player feel like crap. Stating an opinion is one thing, disrespecting another wicked and attacking them over a card game, or the player's choice how to play that card game is wrong. That is when we need to step up and say..."it is just a game, chill out". This goes for any issue for or against. No matter what any one says, everyone wants to win this game. We are human, and we want to accel at things. It boils down to being a good winner and a good loser is a must. I have said everything I chose to say on this issue. Everyone knows this leagues policy on it, so there is nothing more to say on my part at least. <3 yas
