There seems to be some confusion about TD's jumping their own tours. As everyone knows...cases now allows us to jump our own tours. I have decided as a league rule, it is NOT a cases rule..that TD's only jump their own tours IF they need a 4th, or if it is a special tour, like Staff vs Members...BOS...Sunday Night Teams...or if an HTD has to cover another TD's tour. I came to this decision for several reasons. I will state them below...
TD's have enough to do with running the tour, keeping an eye on tables for poofers....addying for next tour, and answering questions if needed. I personally do not like to even sub unless necessary other then finals in my own tour. There is just too much you can miss if your playing.
Also.. and it has become apparent..that some members do not care for TD's jumping their own tours. Some have even said they won't jump if a TD is in their own tour. I will not have a tour with 3 in deleted when the TD can make the 4th and allow the other players to play. So, if you are someone that feels this way I am sorry. , If a TD has 3 in they are to do their best to find a 4th and only jump if absolutely necessary. I have suggested to them to DQ themselves and advance their opp, but I will not force anyone to do that. Cases allows TD's to jump their own tours. All the leagues are doing it, and without rules like we have. So you will not get around it in any league. We have tried to make it fair here. I hope that everyone, members and TD's will appreciate that and accept my decision on this matter.
